So that You can purchase our products You are required to register first. After registration we will send You a verifying message to your e-mail address with the help of which You will be asked to confirm your registration (in order to prevent any unauthorised people from using your registration).
You can choose the product You wish to purchase by clicking on product names in the menu.
Our prices include VAT and given in € (Euro).
Basket content
When ordering a product, the required minimal number can always be found in the specification of the product. To buy the product, You will need to click on the trolley button. The content of the trolley will immediately appear on the screen. The chosen products and their total sum can be easily attained, modified or cancelled even during browsing on the site.

Having finished browsing You can place you order by clicking on the Ordering button.
Customer's personal particulars
Your order placement will not be processed unless You have provided all the required details for invoice and delivery information. For making your package find its way without any delay, please make sure You provide the exact postal address. It is also important You provide an address, or a (mobile) telephone number that is accessible during normal office hours. We will send You the itemized invoice of the products to be delivered, on which your address will be indicated as delivery destination. If it does not match your postal address, please make sure You also fill in the invoice details. Thereafter, this information will be indicated on the invoice. Filling in the form is considered as an implied conduct approving your personal details to be processed.
Confirming your order
We will inform You via e-mail about issuing and acknowledging you order. Your order confirmation e-mail will include the following information:
- customer's details
- delivery destination address
- feature(s) and price(s) of the ordered product(s)
- estimated way and time of delivery
We will immediately inform You as long as we cannot meet the delivery deadline of your order due to product shortage (via e-mail).
Desisting from order
We hereby inform You that desisting from order is at your discretion within five workdays from placing the order. If You intend to desist from your order, You are required to inform us about it via e-mail. If we have met our informative obligation, You can freely exercise your right to desist from order from the day You received the ordered product(s). In any other case, You can desist from order for up to three months. In the event of desisting from order we are required to pay You the money back immediately, or within thirty days (starting from the date of desisting) the latest. In case You exercise your right to desist from order, the product(s) will need to be delivered back to us at your expense. Apart from that, You will not be charged anything.
How to enforce product warranty claim
You can enforce your warranty claim via e-mail within two months from receipt of the ordered product(s), which will be answered within three workdays. If our company fails to meet its obligation, and You inform us as stated above, we will certainly replace the product(s) within three workdays. If we are unable to replace the product(s), You are entitled to a reasonable discount, or desisting from order. Due to an insignificant default, desisting from order is not possible.
Term of order obligation
We will send a confirmation message to your e-mail address after receiving your order. If we fail to confirm your order within 48 hours, You will no longer have any obligations concerning the order.
Date and manner of delivery
After having processed your order our assistant will get in touch with you (via the contacts provided by the customer) within 24 hours concerning the estimated date, manner and cost of delivery.
Packaging
We pack our products in fitting-size cardboard boxes, the cost of which is at our expense.
Terms of payment
- Paying in cash
If You intend to pay in cash, we will send the product(s) by means of cash on delivery (in a collect package). You will have to pay the invoice to the delivery assistant and You will be given the collect package(s) including the ordered product(s) and the itemised invoice. If the product(s) are delivered by
Csiszér 2002 Ltd., You will have to pay the invoice to our assistant who will give You the ordered product(s) and the itemised invoice, as well. - Paying by card

(trade register number: 19-09-506713, tax number: 12944550-2-19, head office: 4/E 15 Március str., Veszprém, Hungary, post code: 8200, henceforward: data administrator), the owner of www.szemuvegallvany.hu web site and on-line shop, hereby declares that all personal details provided on its web site and on-line shop will be handled confidentially, and will act according to the provisions of decree LXIII in the year of 1992 referring to the protection of personal particulars, and the publicity of information of public interest. We hereby meet our informative obligation stated by law as follows:
Personal particulars provided at registration
At registration You provide such information that is considered personal data according to the 1st item of article 2 § of decree LXIII in the year of 1992 referring to the protection of personal particulars, and the publicity of information of public interest (henceforward: Avtv). Providing information is at your discretion. The data administrator will not share the information with a data processing party. At registration You are not required to provide special information in accordance with the 2nd item of article 2 § Avtv.
Legal ground for data administration
The legal ground for data administration is based on decree CXIX in the year of 1995 referring to the administration of name and postal address for market research and direct marketing purposes.
We use and store the information aquired at registration exclusively for sending newsmail and meeting business related obligations. We will not share this information with a third party with the exception of events stated by law (such as criminal acts), or those cases when it is necessary to involve a subcontractor (such as a delivery company) to fulfil the order. In this case You approve of sharing your personal details (name, address, Telefone number) required to fulfil the order with a subcontrator charged by the data administrator. We keep a record of all data to assure the controllability of data administration. We retain this record for five years starting from data receipt until the end of the fifth year following data transmission.
The delivery subcontractor is obliged in all respect by the contract terms, teherfore they are only allowed to use your personal details to fulfil their contract obligation, hence they are not allowed to retain it for any further use, or share it with a third party in any way. The details of subcontractors charged by data administrator are available on our website and on-line webshop at all times.
Availability, modification and deletion of data
As a registrated user You can log on our website at any time with the help of your username and password following a successful registration. On our website You can place a current order, modify personal details or have them deleted. You can make the data administrator modify or delete the information provided at registration via e-mail at any time. The data administrator undertakes to process any changes or registration deletion within one day from request receipt.
Notification
The data confidentiality registration of The Hungarian Republic Data Confidentiality Comissioner does not have to be notified about the data administration of information stated above according to article 30 § of decree LXIII in the year of 1992.
Other regulations
In any other case the contracting parties have to obey the regulations of decree 17/1999 and the corresponding civil law concerning their obligations and rights.
